Patio Door Blinds

I always ask my clients about their patio door blinds. I have a client named Pearce that has arch window blinds. I do a lot of work for the Pearces and always admire their patio door blinds. The last time I worked for the Pearces, I made them Shrimp Scamp with Angel Hair Pasta with a Squash Casserole and Cheesecake for dessert.

I have several recipes for Shrimp Scampi, but the one I use most has a lot of garlic, butter, olive oil and white wine. The recipe for Angel Hair Pasta that I serve with Shrimp Scampi is made with shrimp and broccoli. Our yellow squash casserole features carrot and our signature cheesecake has a hint of orange flavoring.

I have a client that just purchased new patio door blinds. They chose conservatory blinds. I like to cook for the Watsons. The last time I was employed to cook for them, they had guests from Texas. I served the group steak, baked potato, a green salad with ranch dressing and beautiful ripe strawberries for dessert.

When I grill a steak, I like to marinate it for at least an hour before grilling. The most successful marinade that I make is equal parts worcestshire sauce, soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. It seems like everyone has a different way to bake a potato. I like to rub my potatoes with canola oil, salt them with kosher salt and pierce the skin, then I bake them in the oven at 350 degrees for one hour.

The first time I saw horizontal patio door blinds, I was really impressed. I was employed to cater a Fourth of July celebration and it was the first time I had worked for the Green family. I was aware that they wanted to barbeque and wanted something a little out of the ordinary. I served them barbeque chicken, fresh bread, roasted corn and Key Lime pie.

I grew up eating an odd kind of barbeque. My mother used to marinate the chicken in a mixture of oil, cider vinegar, salt, poultry seasoning, pepper and an egg. I loved this recipe as a child and now use it in my business. I like to serve this chicken with freshly prepared bread from my bread machine. I have a recipe for peasant bread that tastes like English muffins.

I noticed the horizontal patio door blinds while I was preparing the Key Lime Pie. I make Key Lime pie with freshly squeezed key lime juice, condensed milk and four egg yolks. This is a very rich pie. After I had the pie in the oven, I put the corn on the fire to cook.
